Prices are per apartment per day for 4 guests. Infants up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. For 5 guests there will an additional charge of €30. For the final cleaning at the end of your stay we charge € 80,00 per apartment.
Guests over 14 years of age are additionally charged for local taxes according to the current municipal ordinance. Every guest will then receive a South Tyrol Guest Pass – Mobilcard for their entire stay, which allows you to use all public transport free of charge.

A deposit of 30% is required within 14 days to confirm the booking.
The apartment will be reserved for 14 days after booking, in case of non-payment of the deposit the booking will be cancelled automatically.

Absolute autonomy thanks to self check-in and out.
Prior to your arrival you will receive a code to access your apartment from 3pm on the day of arrival. For your departure please remember to leave the apartment by 9.00 am. Then simply make sure to close the door behind you before starting your home or onward journey.

In case of no-show or cancellation up to three days prior to arrival we will charge the full accommodation price for the entire period. In the event of an early departure, the entire booked period will be charged, too.

From the time of booking until three months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. Any deposit will be credited towards a subsequent stay.

In the event of a cancellation between three and one month prior to arrival, we will retain 30% of the deposit.

In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our flats.

You are allowed to smoke on our wonderfully cosy balconies and verandas. Unfortunately, smoking indoors is not permitted.
