You can safely store your equipment for sports activities such as skiing or cycling in our spacious storage room.
If you fancy a special breakfast, we’ll be happy to reserve a table for you at the nearby Hotel SENSORIA Dolomites. The breakfast comes at 25,00 € per day /
adult or 20,00 € per day / child up to 8 years.
On request you can spend a day at the Day Spa at SENSORIA Dolomites. 55 € per person (over 14).
In case you need to do some washing during your holiday, we’ve got you covered. There is a washing machine available to our guests free of charge.
In our self-service shop you can buy selected products from the Alpe di Siusi – Dolomites region.
All our apartments consist of an entrance area with wardrobe, 1 – 2 bedrooms, 1 – 2 bathrooms with (rain) shower and bidet (except FOREST MINI and FOREST ROOM), 1 or 2 flat screens with satellite TV, WLAN, and a safe. In addition, all apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with ceramic hob (four/two zones), dishwasher (except FOREST MINI and FOREST ROOM), toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender and microwave (only WOOD). In addition, a cosy terrace or balcony with a table, chairs, a couch or lounge chairs.
To make your stay extra comfortable we also provide the following basics for kitchen and living: salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tabs (except FOREST MINI and FOREST ROOM), washing-up liquid, towels and linen.

Prices are per apartment or room per day for 1 – 5 guests. Infants up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. For the final cleaning at the end of your stay we charge between € 50,00 – € 80,00 per apartment.
Guests over 14 years of age are additionally charged for local taxes according to the current municipal ordinance. Every guest will then receive a South Tyrol Guest Pass – Mobilcard for their entire stay, which allows you to use all public transport free of charge.
A deposit of 30% is required within 14 days to confirm the booking.
The apartment will be reserved for 14 days after booking, in case of non-payment of the deposit the booking will be cancelled automatically.
Absolute autonomy thanks to self check-in and out.
Prior to your arrival you will receive a code to access your apartment from 3pm on the day of arrival. For your departure please remember to leave the apartment by 9.00am. Then simply make sure to close the door behind you before starting your home or onward journey.
There is one outdoor car parking space available per apartment.
In case of no-show or cancellation up to three days prior to arrival we will charge the full accommodation price for the entire period. In the event of an early departure, the entire booked period will be charged, too.
From the time of booking until three months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. Any deposit will be credited towards a subsequent stay.
In the event of a cancellation between three and one month prior to arrival, we will retain 30% of the deposit.
In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
We like animals, but refrain from welcoming them in our house.
You are allowed to smoke on our wonderfully cosy balconies and verandas. Unfortunately, smoking indoors is not permitted.
